Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- Eligibility: Students must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Students aged 16 and above must be TCC members; parents must have been TCC members for at least 12 months. Only one application is permitted per student. Students enrolled at private institutions are not eligible.
- Submission: Applications must be submitted by Monday, 11 May 2026, 6pm — via email to sb2026@tcc.org.sg, in person, or by post to The Admin Department, TCC Credit Co-operative Ltd, 95 Killiney Road, Singapore 239537.
- Assessment & Outcome: Applications are assessed against eligibility and household income criteria; outcomes will be communicated directly to applicants after assessment.
- Awards Ceremony: Saturday, 29 August 2026 at the MDIS Auditorium, 501 Stirling Road, Singapore 148951.

Required Documents
- Copy of student's NRIC (or Birth Certificate if not yet issued)
- Copy of applicant parent's TCC membership card / latest statement
- Latest school-issued testimonial or result slip
- Proof of household income (e.g. latest payslip or IRAS Notice of Assessment)
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the student
